Washington Street still smells like river silt if the locks just cycled.
Toe Print began because Niles Corbin was tired of Kennewick players buying a factory lie and then leaking every five toward the toe when Pasco wind came up.
The first gauge was a leftover elevation rod from a cousin who worked the Ice Harbor wall. The first carbon was hardware-store chalk. The charter has not changed: toe stain first, flatten second, mat videos never.
We still will not map a driver face for toe contact as a primary. The chamber maps irons, because that is where an upright sole tells on you in this valley. Wind still walks the stain while the trunk stays shut overnight. That is the whole story, reprinted every July.
